On the topic of nutrition, I always make a high protein, low carb, low fat shake after I exercise and work out. My favorite post-workout shake is basically some walnuts, some apricot, one scoop of whey protein powder, a little bit of diet yogurt and a half cup of low-fat milk, and then plenty of ice cubes and I then blend it up in a blender. I forgot, I do add one packet of Truvia or any Stevia type sweetener to give it a little sweetness.
Works great for me.
